Types of Flanges
Flanged fittings are used to connect pipe openings to various equipment, such as valves or pipe-to-pipes, and when frequent opening and closing are required for inspection or repairs. These fittings are installed in the form of disc-shaped parts and are always installed in pairs with the help of bolts and nuts and are easily disassembled. Flanges are suitable for bearing both high and low pressures. ASME B16.5 standards are used for sizes 1/2 to 24 inches and ASME B16.47 for sizes 26 to 60 inches. The flanges produced by Pars Regulator Company are designed and manufactured in accordance with ANSI B16.34 standard and in classes 150 to 2500. These flanges are classified according to the outer surfaces as Flat Face (FF), Raised Face (RF), Ring Type Joint (RTJ), Female & Male, and Groove & Tongue.

Welding Neck Flang
These flanges are suitable for high-pressure and temperature joints and are resistant to stress and vibration conditions due to their special design.

Surface Flanges
These flanges are connected to pipes by internal and external welding and are suitable for places with limited space, but they are less resistant than neck flanges.

Chambered Welding Flange
Socket Weld Flange
They are used for high-pressure, low-diameter piping systems and are more resistant to fatigue when welded internally.

Ring Flanges
They are very suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature services and are widely used in the oil and gas industries by creating precise sealing with the help of rings.

Blind Flanges
These flanges are used to block the ends of piping systems and are suitable in conditions with high bending stress.

Threaded Flanges
These flanges are connected to threaded pipes without the need for welding and are suitable for small diameters.

SPECTACLE BLIND FLANG
It consists of two connected discs, one of which blocks flow and the other allows passage, and is used in piping systems to regulate flow.

SPECIAL BLIND FLANG
Special Blind Flang
Includes a variety of types, such as long-throat flanges and lap joints, suitable for specific and unique applications in the industry.
