Pressure vessels up to 50 tons
These tanks are designed to hold fluids at different pressures and are manufactured in three different sections according to ASME Sec. VIII. Pars Regulator manufactures pressure vessels with the ability to withstand high pressures up to 690 bars.
Small tanks (pots) & samplers
These tanks are used to protect sensitive systems and equipment by trapping condensate and foreign materials in fluid lines, protecting equipment from corrosive and viscous vapors and fluids.
Air Distribution Manifolds
These tools are tubular housings that are used to distribute instrumentation air to various consumers, such as control valves and other pneumatic tools. Each manifold outlet has a block valve that can be ball or needle type.
Siphon Tubes & Coils
Pressure gauge siphon is used to protect pressure gauge equipment from high temperature of heater fluids and to reduce the effects of rapid pressure surge. These siphons are manufactured with carbon steel and stainless steel materials for different pressures.
Metal Rims
Metal rims are manufactured by casting method and in accordance with ASTM standards, and once manufactured, they undergo various tests in accredited laboratories.
Sampling & cooling tanks
Sample coolers are small heat exchangers that are used to cool and bring the temperature of fluid samples at high temperature and pressure to the appropriate temperature for analysis. Pars Regulator uses durable materials to increase the life and efficiency of this equipment.
Point & laboratory sampling
Spot sampling equipment is used to collect samples from pipelines or tanks to allow for more accurate analysis and higher quality product production. Pars Regulator manufactures this equipment with a simple design and in accordance with international standards.
